Apex Event Rentals started as a DJ company all the way back in 2011. Since then, we have brought the party to literally thousands of weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, school dances and much more. While we no longer offer DJ services by themselves, we can still help you throw an amazing event by including an awesome DJ with a package of our other services, including lighting, dance floor, staging, furniture and more.
We can also work with your DJ, whether he’s a big name from out of town or someone local, to provide sound, lighting, photo booth, dance floor and everything else and let him just plug and play. Please look around our entire site for everything you need to put together an amazing event.
Save money in two ways when you book multiple items with us: we may be able to offer you a package discount and you pay fewer delivery and pick up fees by using fewer vendors. On top of the financial savings, you’ll also save yourself a headache by not having to deal with as many vendors. Your venue and planner will appreciate you limiting your number of vendors too. Corporate Events
Corporate Anniversary Party
We helped a large corporation celebrate 25 years in business at Boxwood Manor. They danced to our awesome DJ on our incredible Infinity Mirror LED Dance floor, in front of our stage with a truss lighting arch with moving head lights, tube lights and a giant disco ball. We also provided truss light towers with up lights and moving head lights, logo projection, lounge furniture, LED furniture, photo booth and string lights.
DJ and AV
We love working at Crystal Ballroom, and celebrated the holidays with this company. They were getting down with our DJ, and the room looked beautiful with our up lights. We also ran video and sound for them on two projector screens.
Houston Oaks Country Club
The members of Houston Oaks Country Club celebrated the holidays with our awesome DJ, incredible Infinity Mirror LED Dance Floor, colorful lighting and fun inflatable photo booth. You can see our white “igloo” photo booth changing colors in the corner of the room, next to the DJ stage.
DJ and Photo Booth
We’ve done many great events at Crystal Ballroom, and this small corporate event was a blast. Along with dancing to our DJ, guests were taking pictures in our gold inflatable photo booth and enjoying the look of our up lights.
Corporate Gala at Marriott Marquis
We helped a huge corporation celebrate their end of the year employee gala with our Infinity Mirror LED Dance Floor, DJ, lighting, LED furniture, red carpets and stanchions.
Special Needs Prom
We worked with a local church and the Tim Tebow Foundation to throw a special needs prom and it was amazing. They danced all night to our DJ, enjoyed our lighting and took pictures in our photo booth.
Weddings
Here you can see happy brides celebrating their big days with their friends and families. In the first video, we set up our Infinity Mirror LED Dance Floor on the balcony at Lawless in downtown Houston along with a truss lighting arch with moving head lights and tube lights. We also installed up lights and a package of color changing dance floor lights, strobes and lasers.
School Dances
School dances can be some of the most fun events because the students are so energetic and excited. We love to get them going with a great song from one of our awesome DJs and watch them jumping up and down, screaming the words at the top of their lungs.
