Indigo Sales Competition
For this competition of sales people from Indigo auto dealerships all over the country, we transformed their McLaren Houston dealership showroom. We brought in a sound system with 4 wireless handheld microphones and 2 wireless clip-on microphones, a stage, lighting, pipe and drape, bars and bar stools. We also provided a sound technician to run everything and play music.
Rice University Dhamaka
This video and photo are just two samples from the multiple Dhamaka shows we’ve had the pleasure of doing with Rice University’s South Asian Student Society. We provided a sound system for almost 1000 audience members, with 4 wireless handheld microphones and 7 wired handheld microphones, a projector and screen, AV technician, stage, lighting, lighting technician and pipe and drape. Not only have we had the pleasure of working with them for several years, but we’ve also been able to work with the Rice Hispanic Student Association and the African Student Association because both groups were so impressed with what they saw at Dhamaka.
Rice University Ritmo
After hearing and seeing our work at Dhamaka, the Rice Hispanic Student Association hired us for their Ritmo event. With audio video rentals including sound system, lighting, projector, screen, AV technician, lighting technician and pipe and drape, we helped put on an awesome show.
International Business
We had the honor of producing this event for the Finance Minister of Ghana, when he came to Houston to announce a partnership with a corporation based here. Audio video rental included the sound system, projector, screen, AV technician, stage, podium and the tables, chairs and tablecloths.
International Women’s Day
We helped Porsche North Houston throw an amazing Women’s Day event with a sound system, stage, pipe and drape, podium and chairs and our AV technician ran the sound for multiple incredible presentations.
TXU
We’ve had the pleasure of working with TXU for several years to produce a luncheon at Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse for some of their largest clients. Audio video rentals include sound system, projector, screen and AV technician in a room that is long and narrow making sound dispersion a little more complicated but we always make sure it sounds great.
Warehouse Opening
When a large corporation was opening a new warehouse, we helped with their grand opening celebration. Audio video rental included sound system, projector, screen, lighting and pipe and drape.
Crystal Ballroom Fundraiser
For this charity fundraiser at Crystal Ballroom, we provided two projectors, two projector screens, sound system with multiple microphones and an acrylic podium. We also livestreamed all of the presentations to Youtube.
Company Holiday Party Video Games
For this company’s employee holiday party, we provided three TVs with three different video game systems, as well as karaoke and photo booth. The employees had a blast with Wii bowling, Mario, Madden NFL and much more. We can definitely help make your next celebration unique and fun!
